WATERMAN JUNIOR CAMP<\/h1>\n

At Kanela Sailing School, we see camp as a complete learning experience, a chance to live together and connect with the sea. Our camps are designed so that children and teenagers can discover and enjoy water sports in a safe, progressive and, above all, fun way, making the most of the privileged surroundings of Isla Canela and Punta del Moral.<\/p>\n

Throughout each week, participants have the opportunity to learn about and practice a wide variety of water sports, adapted to their age and level: windsurfing, catamaran, mini catamaran, paddle surfing, big paddle, kayaking, surfing, introduction to kite surfing, introduction to wing foiling... This diversity allows each student to discover which sport motivates them the most, encouraging a varied and enriching practice.<\/p>\n

Learning is not limited to the water. We complement water sports with workshops and activities on land, such as the use of pulleys, tying different nautical knots, water sports gymkhanas, orienteering activities, equipment preparation and assembly, as well as environmental awareness activities. All of this helps students better understand how sailing works, respect for the natural environment, and the importance of teamwork.<\/p>\n

In addition, we integrate cultural and educational content related to the environment, such as knowledge of the seabed, the maritime history of Isla Canela and Punta del Moral, and the role of the sea in local life, thus reinforcing the link between sport, nature, and culture.<\/p>\n

Groups are organized by age and sailing level, always maintaining a maximum ratio of 8 students per instructor, which guarantees personalized attention, safe learning, and a quality experience. Our main objective is for participants to learn while having fun, adapting each day to the weather conditions to get the most out of every session.<\/p>\n

The camps are aimed at participants aged between 4 and 16. For younger children, we offer the \u201cBaby Waterman\u201d program, a gentler and more adapted program that introduces them to water sports, the marine environment, and the dynamics of the school in a fun way.<\/p>\n

This common philosophy is the basis for all our camps, which are then adapted in format and schedule to respond to the different ages, levels, and needs of our students and families.<\/p>\n

WATERMAN JUNIOR CAMP<\/span><\/h3>\t\t\t

This campus runs weekly from Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with a break for breakfast. This format is ideal for both beginners and those who already have experience and want to consolidate their technique, safety, and confidence in the water.<\/p>\n

The work is adapted each day to the weather conditions, as we normally have north winds in the early morning and around noon the wind usually shifts to the west, choosing the most appropriate activity to ensure learning, safety, and enjoyment. Participants are organized into groups where they rotate through the different water sports.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div>

WATERMAN JUNIOR AFTERNOON CAMP<\/span><\/h3>\t\t\t

This campus runs weekly from Monday to Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

The general afternoon campus is designed for students who want to continue enjoying the sea at a different time of day. This format covers the same values and water sports, adapting the activities to the conditions of the day and the pace of the group.<\/p>\n

It is an ideal option for continuing to learn, reinforcing what has been learned in the morning, or simply enjoying the sea in a more relaxed way, always maintaining the combination of water activities, water games, and group dynamics.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div>

WATERMAN TEEN CAMP<\/span><\/h3>\t\t\t

This camp is specifically aimed at teenagers (aged 15 to 18), with a more technical and participatory approach. It encourages greater autonomy in handling equipment, decision-making in the water, and understanding navigation and environmental conditions. This camp takes place weekly from Monday to Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

The sessions include more specific training, group challenges, and activities adapted to their level, combining sport, socializing, and real experience in the marine environment, always under the supervision of specialized instructors.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div>
